At Pamela Scott, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and fill in the details regarding the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
